About the Author: Voss W Graham

Voss W. Graham is the CEO and Senior Business Advisor for InnerActive Consulting Group, Inc. located in Memphis, TN. He has been an entreprenuer since 1983. He started his consulting career as a turnaround expert - helping organizations to transistion from near bankruptcy back to success. It was during this period of time, that he learned about the power of effective leadership. In the late eighties, he added training and development to his company. His company was a leading distribuor for Brian Tracy Learning Systems for over six years - focusing on sales team development and personal leadership growth.

Working with his clients, he developed several customized sales team development processes - with each group meeting or exceeding their sales numbers. One area that Voss Graham has very successful was working with sales teams that were transisting from traditional short term focused sales to winning large accounts, major or key account selling. This work showed that the mindset of the sales people was equally important to the methods and techniques they used. Working with these diverse sales teams lead to the need to write this book. A method of relating to the salespeople using analogies they knew well - makes it easy for them to remember.
